I purchased a customised Jellycat from the 'That's Mine' team, and I've had nothing but a brilliant experience throughout. I was a bit silly and left this purchase until the last minute, and was worried i wouldn't receive this in time, as I needed the item for an upcoming special occasion!
After speaking with Elaine, she did everything she could to push my order through and get it out to me, and was nothing but lovely to deal with. I quite literally got the item within 24 hours of speaking with her.
The items were beautifully wrapped, and exactly as described. I will now be coming here first, for personalised gifts!

I ordered a Steiff personalised honey bear for my baby grandson, it arrived quickly with a lovely personalised gift bag and I couldn't be happier with the bear, it is absolutely beautiful and the embroidery is lovely too, would definately order again.

Brilliant company and exceptional customer service, really attentive and thorough. Called to confirm spelling for the embroidery and made sure all details were as specified. I made a mistake with the order initially and was able to call and get it changed immediately. Will definitely be ordering again.
