We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase and ensure that all items are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if an item is faulty, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Please inform us within 7 days of the receipt of your goods.
Due to the nature of personalised products we cannot accept any returns unless faulty. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all spellings of names are correct at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spelling of names or any other information, such as birth or christening dates. However, we understand that mistakes do happen, so if you have made a mistake, please contact us to discuss a solution to the error.
With regards to colour of products, we endeavour to depict colours of products as accurately as possible on our website. However please be aware that there may be very slight variations in colour shade due to photography and computer screens.
If an item is faulty please contact the customer service line to discuss returning the item. The returned parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so we strongly recommend that you send it by registered post.
